NAYA - Middle Eastern Grill

I really struggle to find good food let alone healthy food in this neighborhood that doesnt break the bank and Im soo glad I tried this place. The falafel is pretty good and shawarma was amazing, though I pour/dip mine in tahini admittedly and their tahini is wonderful. I strongly recommend giving them a try!

Order initially arrived with a few mistakes. After a very quick call piping hot correct order was dispatched and delivered. Super impressed. I think if u are local and able to walk to the restaurant, u'll get a better fill. Impressive customer service though. Thanks Naya!

Food was fresh and nicely packaged. Everything was clean.. if that makes sense - didn't look like someone used a plate from yesterday and tossed everything in. Will def order again! Oh and the HUMMUS... ooooo the Hummus.. so silky and creamy!! My new fav!

Large portions at an excellent price. Food was delivered hot and ahead of schedule. Very fresh and delicious! I recommend the chicken naya bowl -- add feta, hummus, and tahini! Love this place!

Love their food. And it's always ready and still warm when I pick it up! They also always provide utensils and bread already in the bag! The best! No wonder the line is always so long!

Better than your average Mediterranean build your own owls and wraps. I had the chicken souvlaki over romaine with almost all of the topics and sample of all the sauces. The green hot sauce is very tasty. I had to split it into two meals. The chicken could have been juicier, but it's white meat so that's difficult to do especially after refrigeration. I also had the lentil soup and was pleasantly surprised. I added a little of my own hot sauce and some Himalayan pink salt and it was surprisingly yummy. I usually think lentil soup tastes like mud.
As far as the 5 stars, it's def not a 5 star, former dining experience, but 5 stars compared to the other choices on Seamless. Everything tasted fresh and made with care, but just sloppily thrown into a delivery box with no regard to the requests for a sample of all sauces on the side. I would defiantly make this a regular spot for delivery of something fresh and healthy ok the neighborhood.

The folks from my office order here regularly, and the food is always amazing. Tender, perfectly seasoned meat. Delicious pickles and sauces. All quite fresh. Our only regret is that there isn't more to stuff in our faces - the serving sizes are all reasonable, it's just that it's so good you always want more! I do wish they gave some more pita bread with the hummus, labne and other dips, though.

The first time I ordered they forgot the rice. They ended up sending it again and the person I spoke with, Miguel I believe, was incredibly nice. I ordered again and the food was as delicious as ever. I'll order again but it's a lot of food for me! Definitely a plus for most people that their portions are huge. Their cheese pastry was excellent, their falafel was great and those sauces? Wow.

This was perfect - the food was delivered ahead of time and the order was correct. I love the Naya Bowl - it is the best falafel I've had in the Financial District. The packaging is great and it keeps everything fresh, warm and not soggy. The only downside is that I can see myself becoming addicted to this place.

I love this place in general and go in for lunch all the time. I especially love the variety of sauces and toppings. Online ordering is great too because you can really customize what you want and every time they have been 100% accurate. The delivery is also always on time. Highly recommend.
